The "NEW" COVID vaccine is offered at Chet's on a Walk-In basis Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
Immunocompromised individuals will receive a different vaccine than non-immunocompromised people (qualification criteria listed below). If you choose to complete an intake form in advance,
please select the proper form.
Be prepared to present current insurance cards, as this vaccination will be billed at the time of service. This vaccine is $169 without insurance.
To be considered moderately to severely immunocompromised, one or more of the following conditions must exist:

Receiving active cancer treatment for tumors or cancers of the blood

Received an organ transplant and are taking medicine to suppress the immune system

Received a stem cell transplant within the last 2 years or are taking medicine to suppress the immune system

Moderate or severe primary immunodeficiency (such as DiGeorge syndrome, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome)

Advanced or untreated HIV infection

Active treatment with high-dose corticosteroids (i.e., ≥20mg prednisone or equivalent per day for > 14 days) or other drugs that may suppress your immune response [e.g., alkylating agents (cyclophosphamide); antimetabolites (methotrexate); transplant-related immunosuppressive drugs (cyclosporine, tacrolimus, everolimus); TNF-blockers (etanercept)]
