Return Policy

Chet Johnson Drug will accept returns for items purchased within 30 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt.  To receive a full refund, the item must be in new, unopened condition.  If you don't have the original receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.  We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them.  We'll always do our best to take care of customers and to approach each situation fairly and respectfully and ask the same of our customers.

Credit for any returns will be applied to the tender it was purchased with.  Returns of cash are at the discretion of the manager, depending on the value of the return.  Returns may also be provided to a gift card for future use.

Returns for damaged items or those without a receipt are handled on an individual basis at the discretion of the manager.  If you don't have a receipt, we may be able to find the purchase in other ways and may ask for more information so we can better assist with your request.  If we cannot find a record of sale, the return is provided at current price on a gift card.

  • No refunds will be made for prescription medications or consumables.

  • All gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Medical devices and durable medical equipment may only be returned unopened and require proof of purchase.

We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return.

A breach or violation of any of these terms will result in an immediate termination of services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, or use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the site through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings in this agreement are for convenience and will not limit or otherwise effect the terms and conditions within.

In response, we have created the following guidelines for creating digital media content. Digital Media includes Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Chet’s website, and any other platforms Chet’s uses in the future.
