Do you have HealthPartners or WI Medicaid? Are you taking too many medications related to treating the same medication condition or have too many medication conditions (high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD, asthma, depression/anxiety, etc.), you may be eligible to meet with one of our pharmacists regarding your health much like you would with your doctor. Even if you feel your medications are not working or dealing with new issues related to a current medical condition, we are here to help and can meet with you sooner than you can with your doctor. The pharmacist will provide recommendations to improve your health and will send any important information to your doctor for review. If this is something you are interested in, please contact us or schedule an appointment online. Please note: This service may be covered by your insurance. You are responsible for any co-pays (up to $100) at the time of the service.
