New research continues to pour in as we learn more about the relationship between our body and our brain. That’s why we have invested in a new screening tool to help you take charge of your cognitive health.

We now offer a way to catch signs of Alzheimer’s and Dementia earlier, giving you a chance to intervene with healthy lifestyle changes and supplements geared toward improving brain health.

The screening is conducted in our private consultation room, it takes about 10 minutes to complete, and it is affordable at only $30 a test. This cost includes the screening, a copy of your results, a discount on brain health supplements, and a free consultation with a wellness coach through the CogniWell program.

Screenings available Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5PM on a walk-in basis.
