Due to the limited supply of COVID-19 vaccine,

we have used our current allotment and are not scheduling vaccination appointments. 

Please check back again after 12pm noon on

Monday 3/8 for a weekly vaccine availability update.

 

- We will be providing the COVID-19 vaccine only to specific patient groups.

- When vaccine is available, we will be accepting appointments for patients age 65 and older only.

- At this time we will NOT opening up vaccine eligibility to persons under age 65 until the vaccine rate in the 65+ population in Polk County has increased.
