prescription number is the 6-digit number in the upper left-hand
corner of the label. If you do not have your bottle close at hand
when requesting the refill, you may also give us the drug name
and we will look up the prescription information on our computer
files.
When you come in to pick up your prescriptions,
make sure you bring your most current insurance card!
